Featured Guest Lecturer for National Opportunity Zone Accelerator

January 2023 - This month we were invited to teach a class for OZ Works Group on “Presenting a Compelling Market Opportunity and Social Impact” for their first Opportunity Zone Accelerator Cohort. Approximately fourteen emerging business owners were selected with the most compelling projects across the country. Members of the cohort included founders working on various high-potential businesses in Opportunity Zones around vertical gardens, video game production studios, emergency bunkers, and more.

Blended Impact Managing Director taught the 4th class in the 12-week program focused on presenting accurate data metrics to investors for businesses, real estate, and social impact. The cohort culminates in April 2023 with a virtual pitch to investors with qualified opportunity zone gains for up to $3M in investments.
